Julie and Tom Hoban of JTD Enterprises in Chilton have announced that Chad and Jamie Sesing of Plymouth have taken over ownership of the business.

Officials of JTD Enterprises—a total manufacturer of CNC machined parts in Chilton—have announced a change in company ownership.

Julie and Tom Hoban began JTD Enterprises in 2004 and said they have devoted the past 18 years to building a successful business with a strong belief in investing in employees and the community.

The Hobans said they are excited to announce that Chad and Jamie Sesing of Plymouth have taken over ownership of the business. Chad is a third-generation machine tool builder and has spent the last 10 years of his career working with Haas CNC Machine Tools. Jamie has a background in business and accounting and will bring her passion for creating a positive workplace to JTD Enterprises.

“We are thrilled they chose our business to lead, and we are confident they will do great things and be successful,” said Julie Hoban. “Tom and I will still have a controlling interest in the business and stay on for a period of time to assist and guide them. We truly believe God put them in our lives so the wonderful employees at JTD can continue to grow in the great city of Chilton. Our employees are our number-one priority. We feel completely confident they will be in good hands with Jamie and Chad.”

Local business owners and anyone else wanting to know more about manufacturing and the machining process and those interested in one of Chilton’s small businesses are invited to an Open House at JTD Enterprises. Everyone is welcome.

The Open House is scheduled for Friday, May 20 from 1 to 6 p.m. at 44 Walnut St., Chilton. See what happens behind the scenes, meet the new owners and enjoy food, drinks and local networking. Also, enter to win a backyard grill or other gifts. People must be present to enter.
