GARFIELD — E. Arthur Brown Company, Inc. recently announced that Royce Roers is the company’s new vice president of production.

Roers started working at EAB right out of Alexandria Technical College 24 years ago. Having graduated as a tool and die maker, he was uniquely prepared to enter the world of precision machining and rifle accuracy.

And when the company began adding computerized machinery, Roers almost immediately adapted the CNC programming and machinery to produce world class Accuracy Barrels and gun parts.

To keep pace with the growing demand for EAB’s products, Roers has become an expert at scheduling production runs to coincide with available material deliveries, machinery, and the best use of our production staff.

In his new position as vice president, he will continue to expand the company’s production capabilities, while developing new leaders for the future from the production staff.
